Due to changes in the Consumer Credit Laws in April 2007, this has created an opportunity
whereby we can now ‘write-off' various types of Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
Basic criteria for this programme is:
Original Loan/ Card contract must have started before 6 th April 2007

This is a new service that we expect to have a significant impact in helping to clear clients personal debts, we will discuss this option with you and determine if this is suitable for your debts.
IVA and Debt Management Programme
IVA and Debt Management programmes are the standard facilities available to clients to help re-negotiate their debts and the terms for payment. Once we review your financial situation we can explain and guide you as to which option would be best for you.
Debt Consolidation via a Re-mortgage
A preferred solution for some clients is to Re-mortgage their house to release Equity or Capital, the money that is raised can be used to clear existing debts. By clearing debts in this way the clients monthly financial expenditure is reduced. Clients find this a helpful service to clear debts but also for planned home improvements.
